Accessible Parking Map

Accessible parking spaces are available throughout FSU's campus . If you are an FSU student, employee, or an employee of a campus vendor/contractor, be sure to register for the appropriate virtual parking pass. Not doing so will result in a $50 citation.

In addition to parking in accessible spaces, vehicles displaying a state-issued disabled plate or placard (and actively transporting the person to which the plate/placard is assigned) have the option of parking in hourly spaces at no cost. Parking is also available in student “W” spaces and non-gated employee “R” spaces if the vehicle is associated with a valid FSU virtual permit. NOTE: A valid FSU virtual parking permit must be associated with the vehicle if parking in non-metered permit spaces (Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM).

FSU students with permanent disabilities are eligible to obtain a gate card to access accessible parking spaces in faculty/staff lots. A valid student virtual permit and a valid state-issued disabled plate or placard are required.

Students registered with the Office of Accessibility Services (OAS), and others as availability allows, may be eligible for transportation services as a disability accommodation. Visit https://dsst.fsu.edu/oas/services/accommodation-policies/transportation-services for more information.

For more information concerning parking locations, check out our interactive parking map or contact Transportation and Parking Services at (850) 644.5278.

What are the parking rules when FSU is closed?

During these times, vehicles must be parked in a legal parking space. Permits are not required for student lots during these times but permit requirements will be enforced when classes are in session. All rules and regulations other than "permit required" are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I sold my car (or bought a new one). Do I need to do anything?

Yes! If you’ve sold a car that was previously part of your Parking Account or attached to one of your virtual permits, you will need to remove that vehicle from your account. Likewise, any new vehicle that you own and plan on bringing to campus will need to be added to your account and your virtual permit.
