If your department is hosting an event on campus, we can work with you to provide parking for your guests.

What do I need for my request?
Complete and submit the following forms to Transportation-SpecialEvents@fsu.edu at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee space/lot availability:
- Special Event Form (Printable)
- ORDER FORM Purchase orders must be in place before Transportation and Parking Services can provide for event parking, lot/attendant reservations, or departmental parking permits. Federal Sponsored Research (FSR) departments cannot use funds 520,521, 523, and 524 for event parking reservations. How to complete a Purchase Order.
